Contributing

Read the repository-root CONTRIBUTING.md and DEVELOPMENT.md before changing the public API or behavior. Contributions require typed code, focused tests, updated docs/changelog where relevant, and observed results from the applicable quality gates.

Use focused branches and Conventional Commit messages. Never commit secrets, private data, model weights, or datasets without documented redistribution permission.
